It is a reality that in current times it is very difficult to find suitable employment and to find administrative assistant employment is no exception to this.

This is even more so for administrative assistants, because currently companies tend to train and place staff already employed in the company to fill such vacancies.

Because it is getting progressively more difficult to find administrative assistant employment, the logical outcome is to change careers, an option followed by many just to find that the situation is no different.

Unfortunately many organisations latched onto this trend and home business opportunities offering testimonials of vast wealth, overnight richness, residual income for life, etc., and together with the "Hype" and limited capital required normally associated with this, entice thousands to become involved in these schemes.

Once the marketing to the so called "circle of friends" is saturated, the reality kicks in and thousands are left devastated, still in the same situation as before (Sometimes worse off), believing the self employment is not an option. NOTHING could be further from the truth.

Many also get the capital to start their own business but again more that 80 of all new millionaires are internet millionaires, but having said this, it does not happen overnight and like with anything worthwhile will take time, effort and most importantly knowledge.
